The No-Nonsense Termite Company

This company advertises in our monthly newsletter, so I called them to fix a rodent problem at my home. I thought the initial estimate was high, and they did bring it down a little. There is one staff member who was my primary contact and he was professional enough. However, the crew that came out actually conducted some vandalism at my home, causing me to get another company out to repair that vandalism. The treatment involved placing rat traps under my home, and these were checked weekly for a few weeks. I was told that the problem was resolved, and was shown a bag full of dead rats (not of my choosing and not pleasant). Recently, I had cause to open the trap door leading under my home. What I found was quite startling. There were two desiccated rats in traps. I am now thinking that the treatment was ended by the company prematurely. I cannot recommend this company.

Omar, the Pest Control Technician went above & beyond to get rid of the bugs that are trying to take over my apartment. He was patient, knowledgeable, thorough & helpful. I hope that this company continues to hire hard working people like Omar!

Had them back after too long and had them do both a termite application and some rodent work. Termite application went seamlessly, a couple of hiccups with the rodent service. But, as I have found with this company in the past, it's all about making sure the customer is happy! Miller Frank took my call and jumped right in to make some minor adjustments to make sure all was perfect. With the assistance of Raymundo Garcia, the job was completed and exceeded our expectations. If you're tired of companies that make excuses and want one that stands behind its work - look no further - these are your guys!

After No Nonsense came to do an inspection and provide an estimate, Ruben and Jose arrived a few days later to treat our termite infestation and repair some damage. Everything was done as promised and efficiently. Everyone at No Nonsense was polite and professional. Highly recommend their service. Service: Termite inspection
