        I canceled a instacart order from kroger, kroger issued a refund and I'm told by the bank 10 days to reverse the charge!! The bank rep blamed kroger/instacart! No it's you!!! That is not right to hold someone's money for 10 days!!!! Asked for a manager/supervisor was told there wasn't one available.

        If I could give a negative 5 review I would! Stay far far away from this bank they do nothing but steal your money! Its the most ridiculous bank I have ever had to deal with.
