Firehouse Subs Fayetteville

Ok, I usually love Firehouse but last two orders have been lacking. This time we ordered 2 foot long sandwiche combos. Mine was a Steamer, fully involved which I remember to mean with the veggies. Got it home, no veggies at all. The Steamer is a pastrami corned beef with provolone cheese. The pastrami meat was so fatty I couldn't eat it. It felt and tasted like undercooked bacon. Not the usual standard I've come to expect. Our sodas were all syrup. Very little carbonation. Maybe they were having an off day, or distracted, but seriously could have been better. Service was nice as usual.

VERY disappointed! I went to this location at 8:50PM 3/30/24. The sign said closing time was at 9:00PM. The OPEN sign was still flashing and the door was open. My sole purpose for this visit was because the previous day I had ordered a big order through the app and gotten home (35 minutes away) and they had forgotten one of my sandwiches. I called and was told to come back today to get the sandwich. Before I could even tell the employee the reason for my visit, she very rudely shouted we are closed! I said well the door is unlocked, she said there are signs on the counter. I told her she may want to lock the door if she was indeed closed. She never asked me if she could help me or anything. As I was walking out, I heard her say I aint got time for this *%$! and she locked the door behind me. I tried to call the phone number listed to get a number for a manager but she would not answer. I rarely come to this location because every time I do they always mess up my order, but this time topped it off. I will not be back to this location. Absolutely uncalled for. I took a picture of the location after she shut the lights off, still was before 9:00PM. In my opinion not how a business should be run.

Horrible! Nasty bathrooms and bad service. Soggy, falling apart sandwiches missing part of the sandwich. Gross! Never coming back! A complete waste of $40.00! Do better!

This business owned by Audi White of Oklahoma Brigade and managed by Shelly Schneider is completely corrupt. I received my final paycheck as General Manager and they stole all of my tips which were about 150$ give or take. They stated that the reason was that I quit However I never expressed to them that I quit. I was a no call no show and was advised to turn my stuff in. So they have the ability to manage and mess with staff tips at their own leisure. Absolutely inexcusable and a report will be filed with the Arkansas Dept of Labor as well. Do not do business here. Thank you.
