    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent treatment I received from Storage King. I have been a loyal customer of Storage King for the past year and a half, always paying my rent on time and never causing any problems. However, on November 21st 2023, I was subjected to an unwarranted and unprofessional eviction from the premises which has left me feeling disrespected, bullied, and genuinely hurt. On that day, I was organizing my new storage unit, which I had recently moved into. I had been spending more time at the facility than usual over the past two weeks due to the move, but I had never received any complaints or warnings from the staff. Out of nowhere a male individual, whom I have never seen before, approached me and informed me that I had been there for too long and that I needed to leave for the rest of the day. I was confused by this request, as I had never been told that there was a time limit for being at my unit nor had I ever received any prior warnings. I asked him to explain the policy, but he was unable to provide me with any clear information. I attempted to explain this to him, but he was dismissive of my concerns. I asked him to provide me with a copy of the company's rules, but he at first refused and told me that this request was coming from corporate, who apparently watches the security cameras. The situation escalated further when the actual manager, a woman, emerged from out of no where and began yelling at me without any provocation. Her behavior was so extreme that the male had to intervene and calm her down. She then stormed off in her golf cart, recklessly knocking over items in her path. I was shocked and confused by her outburst. I had not done anything wrong, and I was not sure why I was being singled out. The male then informed me he would go print the rules. when he came back instead of providing me with only the rules he proceeded to provide me with an eviction notice as well. The reason cited for my eviction was "disrespectful behavior." I find this accusation to be completely unfounded and a fabrication on part of the manager. I have video evidence of the male providing two different reasons for my eviction, one to me and a different one to my boyfriend. And then a third reason on the eviction notice itself stated that the reason was for leaving trash. Additionally, I only slightly raised my voice out of frustration and not being able to get a word in with out being cut off. I don't believe that this falls under the terms of disrespectful behavior. And I absolutely have never left any trash outside of my unit or anywhere on the complex to be exact. The male also claimed that there were multiple notes on my account documenting my supposed infractions, but refused to disclose their contents. I repeatedly requested to see these notes, as I have the right to know what is being written about me, but he insisted that I should already be aware of them. This further reinforces my belief that these notes are fabricated and simply a pretext for the eviction. I also observed another customer who lives in his storage unit and has trash surrounding his unit. Despite this, he is not being evicted. This makes it clear that the company is unfairly targeting me. I am deeply troubled by this incident and believe that I was treated unfairly and unjustly. I have been a responsible and respectful customer of Storage King for over a year now, and this sudden eviction has left me feeling harassed, humiliated, and unsafe.
