      Thank you Stacy for bringing this to our attention. We do apologize for an inconvenience this may has caused. After speaking to our Management team we were informed that we tried to reach out to you to make things right but that you had already had the work complete. We had a couple of Cleaning Specialist call out sick and unfortunately we were not able to make it out to all of our scheduled appointments.
