Well it took almost 3-months for the door to come in. You sent one guy to install it. I had to ask our lawn crew to help him unload the door. So after it was installed I noticed will the installer was still there it was dented and the glass was broken. Now we are going on another month without those issues being resolved. So, Yea.

My garage door suddenly broke late afternoon on a Sunday. A friend gave me this number and a nice young man came out and spent 2 hours taking the door apart and repairing it. I was shocked at the quick and courteous response. They have my highest recommendation.

Techs came out to the house they were very nice and as I listened in, it sounded like the problem was with a very replaceable piece. Instead the two solutions offered to me to replace the garage door opener for $800 or replace the whole thing(I think they said like $1200 or $1600. tbh I stopped listening when I was quoted $800 to replace an opener. national avg to replace an opener is $220 - $500). I understand that the opener is old, but it works just fine. The door itself is also old, but also works fine. I asked for my garage door to be fixed, not replaced. I also received a follow up call to see if I wanted to go through with their services and I confronted the guy over the phone and I was told it was a disservice to offer small fixes like that. We debated for about 10 - 15 minutes and never settled. If you want to replace, call these guys, but do not call them expecting to get your garage fixed.
