New Tech Mobility

OH MY GOODNESS. What an amazing couple running an amazing business that actually helps people! They were so genuinely compassionate and knowledgeable. They are located near the airport which is very convenient. I can certainly expect to see these in air BNB's to help people with mobility! What an amazing, life changing product. We came out to Scottsdale from San Francisco and found that our key had been tossed and our scooter had been damaged at our house. Doug and his wife came and met us on the way to the airport, (on their DAY OFF) no questions asked. They made us feel so comfortable and helped us out immensely. They were so sweet and understanding that I cried LOL. We are now exploring the WHILL models (they personally own one which really sold me) and will absolutely be purchasing from them. Amazing. THANK YOU!!

Doug and Dorene at New Tech mobility are the kindest and most qualified people to help you find a mobility aid that is right for you. I really appreciated Dougs insight as a fellow mobility aid user. I bought the Zeen for my EDS/POTS and it really is a hybrid of only the good parts of a wheelchair and a rollator. It provides the pain and fatigue relief of sitting down at the same time as granting the independence of fully vertical ambulation. They did a great job helping me learn how use it and customizing it to my needs. As a transgender person I sometimes have difficulty accessing healthcare resources or working with mobility retailers but Doug and Dorene were welcoming and kind. I really believe that the only experts on disability and mobility are people who personally experience physical disabilities, and thats why the care and attention youll get at new tech mobility is better than anywhere else.

They were super friendly and helpful, a wonderful company to deal with. Hope they add the ability to rent in one state and drop off in another... we are driving from Phoenix to California and would have rented if we could.

Absolutely the best mobility rental place ever! We were on a girls trip in AZ when our mom unexpectedly injured her leg to the point where she couldnt walk at all but we still had two days of vacation left. We tried calling a lot of rental places to get a wheelchair but all of them were closed for the Memorial weekend or just simply didnt pick up the phone. We called New Tech Mobility to see if they could help, and Doug (the owner) picked up the phone himself and graciously agreed to help us out and to come to the store on Sunday! He basically saved our vacation! We did not expect him to be SO KIND and to rent out a wheelchair for us day before the holiday. The customer service was 10/10 when he arrived to open a store and rent out the wheelchair! He was VERY kind and helpful! This place is absolutely the best one out there and has the best staff team! If you ever need a mobility rental or you get into a situation like we did, I would recommend you to go to this place for sure! Dont spend time looking for anything else, this one would be the best option. If the rating chart would have more stars than five, I would give more for sure!

We recently moved to the Phoenix area. My son is a WHILL Ci2 user and he pushes his chair hard. We have needed some service/repair work a couple of times and Doug and Dorene have been so helpful and so responsive. Literally all I do is call or email and either Doug or Dorene respond quickly and tell me to swing by. Doug is so knowledgeable of the WHILL products and every time has helped us very quickly with chair maintenance and/or repair. He will even detail the chair so it comes back cleaner and healthier than ever. Thank you so much Doug and Dorene for all the help youve given us. Awesome customer service!
