I've been a patient of Dr.Kletschers for over 10 yrs. Have always been able to get right in the same day I call. I usually see his PA's and have had great luck with Chris treating me. He is very kind and caring. I always arrive with my catheter clamped off to help save time gathering a specimen.I usually clamp it about an hour before my appt to save time sitting and waiting there.. I use one of the black binder clips, clip it above the Foley connection so when we get into the office the nurse can disconnect it and gather the specimen right away. They are very appreciative of me doing that. "Pretty ingenious". Yes, yes it is. :)

If I could rate this office a zero I would. Worst customer service, if you need a procedure or are pending a call back expect to wait days for a return call from the front desk/schedulers. If you have an urgent matter or procedure again expect to wait days. Absolutely terrible....

Dr. Kletcher DJs staff could care less about his patients. After going 7 weeks without my prescription, because they absolutely refused to call CVS to find out what they needed for insurance approval. You wait 20 minutes on hold a very single time you call. Even for an appointment. I spent 25 years in the roughest Neighborhoods with The Phoenix Fire Department. Not once did I not care. I only wish I could give them a lower score.
