This tool rental is the worst! They're constantly understaffed. You have to wait a long time for any service horrible go to the tool rental on carefree and cave creek you'll get way better service.

Rented a rototiller, pricing was fine, but the machine showed minor malfunctions upon receipt and testing. Employee assured me the tool would operate fine. Upon attempted use, it could not move even the loose dirt. I returned it and explained the situation, I understood that I likely would require a larger one to do what I needed. The tool rental employees were unwilling to give any sort of mark down for me essentially transporting the first machine home and back, and required I pay for the 4-hour use of the tiller, plus fees, and another deposit and contract for the larger machine, during an economic crisis, if that means anything. I will go out of my way to avoid further business here.
