    Dr. Fox-McClary is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. Her medical assistants are awesome as is her receptionist. Her surgical scheduler is also wonderful. Unfortunately, I have to give one star rating due to their billing practices. I was charged upfront a $1700 charge which did not make sense to begin with. I ended up owing only $305 dollars. Now it has been nearly 2 months since my procedure and I was just told it would be 60 days before I would receive my nearly $1400 refund. Or at least that is what the billing department and office manager told my insurance company- since they stopped returning my calls. I also overpaid the hospital although they (the hospital) refunded me 3 weeks later. That is the standard. It is sad that I will not be returning to such a great doctor because of this, but I have no choice. Sadly, she probably has no idea of what is happening. The comments made to me by her office manager were also offensive and rude. Beware, if you are asked to pay up front a random amount. Call your insurance first.

    Front desk tried to bill me full cost up front, so I got my insurance on the phone at the office to prove they would cover the cost. The office agreed to see me after paying my co-pay. But then weeks later I receive a bill in the mail for an outstanding co-pay. After spending hours on the phone with the billing dept, my insurance company and the front desk at the office, it still has not been resolved and the office is suddenly closed down. The front desk person perviously said they found my payment but it was not applied to my account for some reason. Now I have been sent another bill, but cant get a hold of anyone and Glassmans new office says they cant help me bc they dont have my records anymore. And that I should schedule an appointment to come in and try to get it resolved. Ridiculous.
