Well pleased with their staff and doctors here. Made me feel at ease as they explained my options, very kind and patient with me. Very thankful.

I had seen Dr. Harding sometime in Oct/Nov 2023 to discus removing my thyroid. It was agreed that I should have it removed. I was told to call Vera to get a surgery date. I called Vera and the the office # at least 7x in Nov and Dec. I left messages. NO ONE called back. I finally reached Vera on 12-20-23 and she said she would schedule me for surgery on March 20,2024. She said they were short staffed and that's why no one called me. I told her they should hire a TEMP when they have staffing issues and at least call people back. Over a month is totally unacceptable. She then told me that the office would call me a week or 2 prior to have a phone consult before the surgery. March 14th is here and no one called yet, so I called the office and got voice mail. I left a message and someone named Stephanie called me back. She said I was never put on the surgical scheduled and Vera is no longer working there. Are you kidding me!???? I had scheduled time off from my job to do this. Stephanie said she would check the schedule and get back to me. Today is 03-28-24 and I have not heard from her, so I have left yet another message. It is ridiculous that this is the protocol of this office. I am now NOT confident in the having this Doctor perform my surgery at this point as he can't get his office to run smoothly and organized. I will look for another surgeon and start all over and this will cost me $$ and more doctor appointments. DR HARDING- Please get your HOUSE IN ORDER. There is no excuse for this. I also read your reviews and this seems to be an ongoing problem for more than a few years........

I had my surgery yesterday so I can only comment on day one without a gallbladder. I am humbled by the changes to my body. Dr. Harding has been very professional, real, approachable, clear, and honest about what to expect from and after my cholecystectomy. The rest is up to me.
