Unprofessional. I reached out to the owner weeks in advance to book an appointment. I communicated with her several times via text, even the morning of the appointment. I showed up to the appointment and the doors were locked with no one there. I called her and texted her. No answer. She texted me later and said there was an issue with the ClassPass points and even though I booked through her , the appointment was canceled. I understand that things get canceled and systems have glitches, but calling or texting someone to let them know that they cannot carry out The appointment would be the courteous thing to do. Communication is key when running a business.

My mother in law and I both got facials together. Samantha was very outgoing and very knowledgeable due to the fact it was my first time. Prices are great. Definitely coming back again!!
