fantastic roofing service from start to finish. scheduling an inspection for my flat roof repairs, especially the part over the porch that was showing signs of wood rot, was a breeze. oliver provided a detailed estimate for the roofing job and a rough quote for the woodwork, making it convenient to finalize the schedule. the team did a superb job on the repairs and, more impressively, they thoroughly cleaned up the site after the work was completed. i was particularly satisfied with their initiative to send out their own inspector, tanner, who inspected and touched up any areas that needed additional work, even before the phoenix city inspector came by. the 5-year warranty gives me peace of mind, and i am confident that the work was done excellently. i won't think twice about reaching out to them when it's time to replace my roof.

April 2020: Oliver receives a perfect 5-star rating across the board! My roof was just replaced by Oliver and his team from Sanders Brothers Home Repair. As they were working hard throughout the day, numerous neighborhood men gathered to admire their work and were thoroughly impressed! My brother, a home inspector, performed the wind-mitigation inspection and he too was greatly impressed. I have nothing but praise for Oliver. He's responsive, professional, and always meets his commitments. My roof is not only sturdy but also aesthetically pleasing. I simply can't express enough how pleased I am with his work in Phoenix!

we discovered a leak in our flat, rubber roof, and had pinpointed it to a particular region. tanner from sanders brothers home repair came out to address the issue (reseal) and was a pleasure to work with. when we found that the leak was nearly repaired, but not completely, tanner was more than happy to return to phoenix to finish the job.
