We live in Cave Creek, AZ. We were involved in a hail storm. We called Top Notch to do an inspection. We heard of them from a friend. There was indeed hail damage to the roof and the AC unit. The owner of Top Notch, Donnie Jones suggested I call my insurance agent. The agent scheduled a claims adjuster. Mr Jones met the adjuster, armed with reports from NOAA, showing hail was in the area. He went over the pictures he taken during his inspection and walked the roof with the adjuster. Claim was approved and Top Notch promptly replaced the roof. We were even able to get an improved, more energy efficient replacement. We were very pleased with the quality, the promptness and professionalism Top Notch did on our claim. The owner Donny Jones was very professional. He informed me of all the damage and informed me that the roof needs to be replaced. Once we ordered our new roof shingles his crew completed it three days after the delivery. They made sure that all the debris was picked up around the whole house.
