I was a tenant for 6 years and out of the 5 years. I have never seen such rude people working in the office. Kirsten was the best. Now they have a lady which is the property manager named Morgan. She is very rude Unprofessional and sometimes say the wrong things to people. We are all humans. Everyone make mistakes no one is perfect. How was I evicted. and didn't even have any eviction on me. I paid the rent that I was supposed to pay but still was charged. Extra fees, court fees constable fees. I am so confused and I would never rent from this place again. As long as she's in office. She makes the whole c r proper tea look very bad.

I don't know what happened to this company. But it's obvious they do not care about their tenants. I have rented with this company since 2016. 2 years ago I moved into a home that had so many maintenance issues that it literally drained my bank account. The biggest issue was the pool, they couldn't get it fixed so the pool guy decided to hot wire the pool pump on in the middle of summer instead of putting in on a timer. That shot my summer bill up to $600 a monthI reached out to maintenance and the owner(Jim) but I was told it was recommended by the pool guys that it needed to be on for 24 hours for it to work right. I decided to take over my own pool maintenance. I had to pay an electrician $200 to rewire the timer. From that point forward I had no issues with the pool maintenance. Now I have moved out of the property, my deposit was used for things that should have been normal wear and tear. They charged me $400 to repaint the entire house. I cleaned those walls and baseboards on regular basis. On top of that they left the utilities in my name for over 3 weeks with my gas bill going up past $200this used to be a good company. I don't know what happened. It seems like the only humble person left is Mary. I reached out to Jim in regards to all of this but I've received no response.

They take to long to fix stuff,and that's if they even fix it..but rent always on time, but they can't even get your stuff fixed.
