I needed an appraisal of my home, and was recommended and referred to Lonnie at accurate appraise USA. I was very impressed from my very first contact and phone call with Julie, and was able to schedule a prompt appointment with Lonnie, who arrived as planned. He answered the few questions I had and made sure I understood the process. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly as he went about his business. The Report, provided the same day, was precise and thorough.. I honestly would recommend them more than anybody else as they have been more helpful accurate with my properties than previous companies i have worked with

We needed an appraisal for estate tax purposes. Accurate was prompt and showed up when they said. The report was complete and included photos of the property. I would recommend them to anyone needing an appraisal

I'm giving two stars because the appraiser himself was very polite. He did his walk around and took pictures and was done in about 20 minutes. As far as the "response team" or "customer service" if you will I was not impressed. In fact I am extremely disappointed. I felt the office attendant came off very rude. I was supposed to receive a call but had received an email instead. I responded to the email with no response. I had called the office inquiring why I had not received an email and to try to work a different date and time for scheduling since said date and time did not reflect well with my schedule. Her first response was "I did email you" with a rude tone. I am still sifting throught my emails and do not have her "responding email". Trying to brush past what I felt was attitude I tried working something out over the phone with asking for another time. Unfortunately the only other time they had was the day my report was due but I asked if they were closed on weekends and with another attitude response she replies "That is correct." If I had a choice I would have used a different company but I did not. We scheduled our appointment for a very last minute opening (they requested our appointment to be the day after they emailed me...) We then began discussing the time. My appointment was scheduled for in between noon and 2 p.m. I had asked to try closer to 2 p.m. but was responded with "No the appraiser will be there at noon." If the appraiser will be here at a specific time then schedule it for this at noon. Not this day in-between noon and 2 p.m.. They had sent and email confirmation for the date and time again being in between noon and 2 p.m. so I had emailed them back stating I had to leave work to be at the property in time and had asked for a curtsey call for when the appraiser was on the way to my property. And I got and email response of "The appraiser will be there at 12:00 p.m. (noon) you need to be at the property at this time." My husband also delivers to this company and always tell me that when he is there to make the deliveries they are always so rude to him. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt but clearly I was wrong. I will not be using this company for my own personal use. The only way it will happen again is if like in my current situation I have no choice. My loan agent is also going to reporting the company to their appraisal teary. I hope that the next person has a better encounter that what I did.
