We have lived in the greater Seattle area, same home, for over 25 years so needless to say when we decided to relocate to Arizona, we needed a lot of guidance and support. Fortunately for us, very early in our new home journey we chose to put our fate in the hands of Blair Ballin at Conway Real Estate. The entire process, from picking just the perfect property, to submitting our offer, to the inspection walk through had to be done remotely, as traveling to Arizona at this tine was not an option. Blair went above and beyond our expectations every step of the way. This purchase wasn't without it's share of surprises along the way but at each and every turn Blair had the perfect solution. Always keeping in constant contact with us, the full length video of the entire property that he created, to the final negotiations on our behalf culminating in our purchase of our new dream home, we couldn't have done it without him.
If you are considering moving to the 'Land of the Sun', you definitely need to include Blair on your list of potential agents.

Wonderful experience. I wanted to move back in a neighborhood near my job. I am pleased to say that Blair made the process easier than I could have imagined. I was nervous at first and there were a few blips but nothing that he couldnt help me handle. I definitely recommend Blair for your real estate needs especially when navigating this market.
