After working with Lori on the purchase of our previous house 10 years ago, the sale of our most recent home and purchase of our new home approximately three months ago, we would not feel comfortable using anyone else for this process.
She went what we would call above and beyond on a number of occasions, including spending days with us before we ever listed our last home to get a feel for the market to be sure we were doing the right thing at the right time. While we were preparing to move from a much larger house to a slightly smaller one, she provided a packing service to help us organize what got to go to the new house and what was donated. She also went to bat for us during negotiations with our buyers and sellers in the most recent process, including sellers from out of the country and buyers who were not from Arizona. Additionally, all of the recommendations for people to help with tasks that needed to be done were spot on.
One of the things we like about Lori is that while she acts professionally at all times, she feels like a trusted friend the whole time.
Our recent purchase included contents that the seller wasn't interested in taking and we were interested in. Lori helped us negotiate that price so that we felt it was a fair price. As mentioned earlier, we also were dealing with buyers and sellers from out of town, and Lori assured that they understood the importance of meeting our deadlines in order to have both houses close on the same day.
Lori is always easy to get a hold of and responds to our messages, texts, and emails within minutes. This is extremely important when things are coming down to the wire and curve balls come from both buyers and sellers.
We always knew what the steps were in the process and when they occurred. This made the whole process come together exactly as it was intended in the end.
You need to give Lori a call and meet with her to truly get to know her and feel how comfortable this stressful process can be made by her.

If I could give more then 5 stars, I definitely would. Lori exceeded all of our expectations. Being first time home buyers, we had so many questions and Lori was always quick to answer every one and even gave additional advice. She kept us informed and we never left a conversation confused on what was to expect next throughout the entire process. She made buying a home easy and we are so grateful to been able to work with her. I would highly recommend Lori as their realtor to anyone!
