Ive purchased multiple properties, and Ryan is by far the best realtor Ive worked with. He was able to secure a multifamily property for me before it even hit the market. He is not only knowledgeable when it comes to selling/buying properties, but he is also a well-rounded real estate investor himself; he will not steer you wrong. I let Ryan know what kind of property I wanted to get, and he was able to get it. Not only was he able to get what I wanted, but the property he secured for me was in a nice location. When I purchased the property, I wasn't even in town; however, Ryan sent me videos and pictures of the property and took care of everything that needed to be done, and he did it super fast. I completely trust this guy and will always buy/sell through him.

We are so happy we found Ryan when we did. We are first time home buyers and while we love the Midcentury look, we didnt think wed be able to find one in our price range. Ryan was extremely helpful and provided sage advice throughout the process. He was knowledgeable about neighborhoods that we were unfamiliar with and helped educate us about the ins-and-outs of Midcentury homes. He was able to find us a great home within budget with some of our more unrealistic wishlist items. His industry knowledge allowed us to see our home before it was officially on the market, and he helped us submit an attractive offer. Ryan came highly recommended to me and he still managed to over-deliver. His knowledge of the area, current market trends, style, and value are second to none. Ryan makes himself available all hours of the day and night and is an expert in his field. Ryan went above and beyond for us to land the house we wanted and provided his excellent network of contacts for all of the cleaning, repair, and maintenance which has been a life saver buying from out of state. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for an aggressive and honest agent who will have your best interest. His area of expertise is mid-century modern homes but his knowledge of real estate and investing extends well beyond that.
