They need to remove the whole staff or management. You shouldn’t have patience waiting in the waiting room for more then 4-5 hours just to be seen. That’s insane in my opinion need to do better. If you don’t like your job quit that’s simple.

I've lived here for decades and this USED to be the best hospital in town. People came from other states for treatment. Now however it's so badly run and designed they got rid of everything that made this a good hospital and instead went for flash and no substance. Even just to get from our room to a scan we had to go down one elevator across the building up another elevator back across the building and down a third elevator. All to get right around the corner form our room. And now the public chow hall isn't even public, its located as soon as you walk in and it's only open to the staff. Public have to walk up two flights for a $10 cold microwave noodle bowl.

Do not bother to report bad or dangerous physicians, because the top nursing and hospital management will not criticize any physician, no matter how rude , or dangerous, as physicians bring in money, and YNC Cc Few hours before l went into another respiratory code and was transferred to intensive care , a short rude joke fat physician entered my room with several of his medical students . He never introduced himself , he never asked me any questions. He was not any of my several pulmonologists, or cardiologists, who were kind ,wonderful, and knowledgeable. This horrible physician and his medical students, enacted the cruelest acts that l have ever witnessed. This little monster was never within 2-3 feet of me , and never examined me at all. This physician told me my face was dirty and could l speak English, he said that Needed to ask and brush my teeth, as the medical students laughed and encouraged him.,I showered the day before at home, and washed my hair before l went into respiratory arrest at my home. I have been a hospital nursing supervisors at many hospitals , where l was responsible for 40 nurses and ancillary staff . I worked at university medical center for 15 years in labor and delivery, and was offered a job in university medical center’s emergency room, the only trauma center in southern Arizona.

I thought everything was great here until it came time to be sent to rehab. Every day they talked about sending him to a different rehab center. They showed up on the day to be sent to rehab just after he got his lunch. He didn’t get to eat and was never fed where he ended up. And after spending all morning talking with someone getting ready for him at a facility…..he called me from a different rehab facility and they didn’t have his medication for him. The person I had been talking to called and apologized. They had sent her a cancellation an hour after talking to us about where he was heading. Too many head honchos and they don’t know how to communicate. Thank goodness he had a specialist that knew how to fix his prosthetic and save his leg. They dropped the ball on the rehab transfer.
