In June 2016, I was referred to Dr. Thornburg by my primary care doctor because I had been hospitalized w/pneumonia. My neighbor went with me. My first visit was extremely thorough. I can't remember the last time a doctor spent so much time doing an exam. I found the entire staff to be quite pleasant & personable! I have had follow-up visits & must say it's a pleasure to see my doctor. My neighbor raves about & refers this medical group to anyone needing a specialist. 5 ★'s

Dr Thorburg is great The nurses and staff are nice BUT On 5/26/17 at 4:00 my neb machine broke Called for prescription said Dr would call At 4:15 called again and inform them Apria closes at 5:00, said Dr on call would call in 20 mins At 4:45 called again, will call in 30 mins Now I'm at Walgreens At 5:15 called again, will call in 30 mins At 5:45 called again, operator says she doesn't know why Dr hasn't answered his page, and will give message to another Dr That Dr calls within 10 mins says he can't fax it but will call directly Calls me back within 3 mins and says he sent it Dr Thornburg needs to know about this incompetent Dr on call

Dr. Thornburg is very knowledgeable, he takes his time, and thanks to his diligence I was able to get the medical treatment for a rare syndrome that was discovered. I have seen several doctors from Sierra Vista to Phoenix...he is definitely one of the best doctors I have seen!! It is worth me to drive 3 hours to see him!!
