This absolutely one of the worst doctor's offices I have every dealt with. After waiting 8 weeks to see the doctor, he was pleasant enough and attempted to address my concerns, but it was completely pointless because the office does not follow up. For 2 months my DME company has been trying to get the settings for my machine and NOBODY has called them back. Now they are saying the only way for them to provide this information is to see the doctor again even though I just saw him in 4 months ago. Between the 2 months it took to get an appointment, and the 2 months I tried to get them to call me DME company, my referral has expired. I would stay far away from this place.

Good doctors, billing staff (Stacy) raised her voice on the phone, called me names at work and threatened me over $100 when I was laid off and well-documented on my chart. I tried multiple times to call her back to pay the bill but she would not answer or would front desk. She called me a liar despite screenshots. She could not have cared less at all. Not a patient-centered practice and will gladly find another pulmonologist and asked her to dismiss me from clinic due to her lack of professionalism. Stacy needs to find a job not interreacting with people! Shameful.

Great doctors. Horrible back office. They don't care about you - only about money. They misfiled 3 claims and then blamed the insurance company for denials. They said that it was my problem and they only billed the insurance as a "courtesy" but they took no responsibility for their mistakes. Out of 5 doctors I was seen by in the ER and hospital, these were the only bills that the insurance company wouldn't pay. Stay away from this group unless you are ready to pay out of pocket and deal with an unprofessional billing department. I spoke with Stacy D and she was completely unhelpful.

Dr. Sanatanaharikrishnan and his staff are amazing !! Dr. S is genuinely caring , he has always been available to me to address my needs. Sheree and Tiffany go above and beyond !I don't know what I would do without them.

Front office is horrible. They came highly recommended by the doctors that took care of me during my hospital stay at Banner University when I was there being treated for respiratory distress. I made several attempts to schedule an appointment for follow up care over two days and couldnt. First call I made I was left on hold for 20 minutes just to be told I needed to leave my name and number for a call back. Apparently only a select few in the office are qualified to make appointments for new patients. I was asked to leave my name and number a few times and I would get a call back to schedule. Never got a call back. I give up. Update: took a few days, but someone finally called me back to schedule my appointment. I have to wait a month to be seen, but I have an appointment now. See what happens.
