Dr. Prince, Dr Barnard and the office staff (they have new staff from those mentioned in previous reviews) have been a BLESSING for my family. Fast to respond, quick to get appointments, compassionate and thorough diagnosis plus follow-ups AND they take insurance. Absolutely wonderful providers. Highly advise dismissing previous reviews about support staff as they are no longer present.

** the situation was resolved and the records sent. To be clear, Dr Prince and Barnard were great to work with and had open availability, we just had to wait a while for records to be sent. We have been waiting 3 months for our records to be sent to our pediatrician to get started on my sons treatment. There was a change in office staff which is understandable, but even after the transition we are still waiting weeks for the records.

Doctor Prince is great. We had a great experience working with him and his wife. Specially for ADHD diagnosis and support. They went the extra mile of helping us advocate with the school to implement accommodations for our son in his 504 plan. They met with us and the school team. They understand very well the challenges and are very helpful. I would recommend him.

We received a phone call back from Joanne tonight, after trying to reach someone at the office to ask some questions about scheduling an appointment. She was irate that I had left in my voicemail earlier in the day that I had been trying to reach someone for weeks on this topic. She said she felt personally attacked and then proceeded to attack me over it for 6 very long minutes. She then told me to take it up with Dr. Prince and hung up on me. We are in complete disbelief that someone so unprofessional and unstable would work in of all things mental health, not to mention as the face and voice of the front office. Beyond concerning and unacceptable.
