Dr. Aubrey is amazing. His receptionist on the other hand.... ALWAYS has the WORST attitude problem which is why i can only out 4 stars. I really don't understand how she still has a job there. I wish I never had to deal with her and could just make apps online. She's not a people person at all, and she should be in this position when a lot of patients seeking Aubreys help are vulnerable.

I cant believe he is still taking new patients. It is so rare to find an empathetic psychiatrist. I was so hesitant to be completely honest, for fear of being seen as being too dramatic. But Dr.Aubrey saw right through my desire to minimize and empathized with what I wasnt able to vocalize and validated my mental health struggles without reservation. Ive never felt seen in front of a doctor much less a psychiatrist. But, Dr.Aubrey, he listened to me without judgment, and even gave me positive reinforcements for my progress, despite going through a myriad of health conditions. I want him to be be a secret because hes just that good. If you are looking for a psychiatrist and have had bad experiences in the past, Dr.Aubrey will be the difference you need to finally focus on getting back to a healthy mind and loose the fear of not being believed. Thank you for the dedication you show to your patients Dr. Aubrey!

BY FAR THE BEST! I've suffered from severe depression, anxiety, and OCD for over 12 years and seen several psychiatrists during this time and NOTHING has compared to the care I've received from Dr. Aubrey. Aside from sharing the same alma mater (University of Kentucky - GO CATS!) he is caring, compassionate, and extremely competent. He is head and shoulders above any other "head" doctor. Although he doesn't accept insurance his secretary does provide the necessary paperwork to file a claim, and he is well worth out-of-pocket pay.
