City is my HOA and they do a good job. Gabrielle is my community manager and she was very helpful with a tricky plumbing issue I was experiencing. Aside from some communication delays, mostly due to the holiday and inconvenient timing around weekends, the issue was addressed and resolved without much hassle on my end. They are also always flexible if I need to move my payments back a few days and have a good app and helpful customer service line :)

This management company refuses to send community documents to vendors, meaning homeowners need to find the correct documents themselves and provide to the vendor. This is ridiculous and will obviously lead to community guidelines being ignored for any project where a third party is involved (landscaping, construction projects, solar installation, etc.). Do not hire them to manage your association!
