Such a shame that people like Nick are in this business. Dont even attempt to do business with this company, you will wish you hadnt. Honestly I pray for people that dont do research on these scammers and waste their money on them.

Scam business !!! I wish I would have read these reviews before trying to deal with them. Nick the owner has such a POOR attitude and will treat you like a doormat. Get yourself a new career Nick!!! Just read LITERALLY EVERYONES REVIEW HERE

This company is the worst property management I have ever seen! They have run down properties with low income tenants and expect tenants to fix and upkeep the property. Theyre hard to reach unless they want to reach you to ask for their late fees. Theyre actively scamming covid funding by calling in said late fees dated back years and years. Then pursing eviction on tenants to get the fees, when tenants are paying monthly thinking everything is fine, unknowingly accumulating late fees. This place is a joke and could careless about their tenants. Their email communications are not professional. Dont expect any customer service. They are only there to collect checks. Not surprised to see they already only have 2 stars. . Not fake. My elderly parents live there. I have been in communication with this company via email and phone. We Had court recently so they can collect their $15k in late fees that magically appeared after many years when covid relief became a thing and they realized they can do this to many tenants. It wasnt just my parents pending an unforeseen eviction for, late fees.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SHADY PEOPLE!!!!!!!! Dont do business with them!!!!!!!!!!! Angela hates her job and you will be able to tell right away from how rude she is. If you have any questions whatsoever they will make you feel bad for even bothering them with any inquiries. Angela wasnt answering a question I had, so I asked nick (supposedly whos In charge) and he replied with like Angela said already but then proceeded to answer the question I had. What a joke maybe they dont get paid enough! Not to mention they will try to charge you for everything & anything they possibly can! I hope this business goes bankrupt with how shady they treat their clients!!!!!! And actually I am your client, but feel free to say fake client fake review to everyone on here were just trying to warn others about this terrible sad establishment.
