        This is a terrible company to rent from. Even the inquiry process was a hassle, GOLDEN WEST looks to collect application fees for the rental properties listed on their site. They do not inform property owners like myself that eligible renters are applying for their property and GW is denying them without due process. STAY AWAY FROM LISTONG YOUR POR

        I have been living in the same apartment for over 7 years. Since the owner contracted with GoldenWest to manage the property, many things have changed. Once I got used to working with a management company, I saw that maintenance requests became more efficiently handled and I am now able to pay my rent online which saves me having to go into the office.
