    This complex is absolutely horrible do not move in here, management is also HORRIBLE unprofessional they never answer their phones, and when they do theyre not even helpful ! You have to ask so many times for 1 simple thing and it takes them days!!! To get it done!!! Absolutely regret living here, I never see security and theres always trespassers and trash!! You deal with way to much in this complex then what they promote

    An extremely unenjoyable experience, TRAUMATIC!! I have now been here nearly a year... The saving Grace; the property is clean, quiet, mostly safe and the maintenance people are lovely. The management company has been TERRIBLE FROM THE MOMENT THEY APPROVED ME AND GOT MY DEPOSIT!! I have been trying to communicate with them since January about my lease renewal. I didn't hear anything back until nearly March with an automated response .and when contacting them again, I got no response. I finally got a hold of them the beginning of April and found out our manager is no longer with the company, You think you would notify your residents?!!! My apartment has flooded four times ( twice from plumbing issues twice from my upstairs neighbor who was strung out on fentanyl, passing out in their tub I guess!!), my car towed from my own parking spot almost a month to the day after I moved in, and my bicycle stolen in addition to many other grievances. Something traumatic has occurred nearly every month and now they want to raise my rent telling me it's "only $25 before taxes" ( it's nearly $70)!! I have asked to be put in touch with upper management to no avail. Apparently their office is self-governing? The experiences have been so traumatic and triggering that I could not sleep often days at a time after each incident waking up in a panic thinking my car would be taken or my house was flooding ( I dropped out of a program I had straight A's in was halfway through and received a scholarship for) I couldn't take the stress at home in addition to my other stresses in life!! It's very disheartening this place could be so great!! P.S. The laundry facility sucks and its expensive so I haul my clothes off to wash them, not fun!! *** You also pay for electricity and water towards laundry whether you use it or not. All utilities are divided by unit per occupancy and square footage! (I was told upon viewing and leaving my deposit the utilities were self-pay I didn't find out till it was too late that they do community utilities even though I asked before viewing the place!!! ***CAM PROPERTIES DO BETTER, I RENTED FROM YOU NEARLY 10 YEARS AGO AND IT WAS A LOVELY EXPERIENCE HENCE WHY I CAME BACK. WHAT YOU HAVE GOING ON NOW, "ISN'T IT!", BE BETTER!! **P.S. DON'T RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW WITH I SHOULD CONTACT YOU BECAUSE I HAVE AND YOU DON'T CARE!!     So after posting my review two months ago. I called the CAM OFFICE AS STATED IN THE RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW. THE OFFICE STAFF had no idea what I was talking about. I lost everything I own to this place. The only thing I wanted was what was my family photos my father's Funeral place card and my older sisters baby pictures. Both of whom died last year. They refused then sent me a move out statement with a "Sorry to see you go"letter . The company is a bunch of scammers now you could call them racist but they are smart all employees are minorities.?? Good move!!! I am taking them to court they are in for a huge suprise... I am so disgusted with this company

    They took my money via debit when I did the application. I got denied fine but now your holding my money ransom. You tried to send a check and I never got it but why wouldn't you refund via debit that's how it was taken. I shouldn't have to loose more money just to cash it! Even then I still have not gotten my money and it's been weeks. Apartments can't do anything about it and I cannot speak to a person so how is this supposed to be fixed!

    TOXIC BLACK MOLD WAS FOUND AT APARTMENT AND CORRUPT CORPORATE ATTEMPTED TO COVER IT UP. My husband and I have lived at the Broadway Vista Apartment Homes for only 9 months and in those 9 months it has been a nightmare. Unbeknownst to us, there was black mold growing in the ceiling above our shower. We did notice the ceiling sinking and notified maintenance of a leak and the leak was never fixed until a MUSHROOM grew out of our ceiling and management acted like it was "common" and that it doesn't mean there is mold. We had to get an air quality test behind their backs because they lied to us about there results, and it came back with the most toxic black molds including Stachybotrys, Chaetomium, Aspergillus, Penicillium, Ascospores, and Cladosporium . Keep in mind, during this time I went to the doctor SEVEN TIMES because I developed new onset asthma and was wheezing with a really bad cough. The whole time management was going to force us to pay almost $3,000 to break our lease or continue living in an uninhabitable environment (we're newlyweds without that kind of money to be wasting). They have since not even deigned to respond to our request for reimbursement for my extensive medical bills and for damaged items. I mean really, they expect us to pay so we can get riddled with ailments? By the time we left they had already closed the ceiling back up WITHOUT PROPERLY REMEDIATING THE MOLD. I feel bad for whoever lives there next. Hopefully if you're reading this you know to STEER CLEAR of this apartment complex and all properties own by this company. CORRUPT.
