Oasis Community Management

Oasis is an extremely poor HOA service. They discriminate against the handicap and make up false reasons to fine you with no legitimate proof. When attempting to remedy the situation and ask for their evidence on the violation they just put you on hold until their office closes. They customer service representatives raise their voice when being mildly challenged. I sat on hold for over 30mins while they looked for the evidence on a violation.

Very very poor service, I say do not , do not hire them at all to serve your community, you will regret it, their attitude in that office and their service is to the most disturbing at terrible. I was patient for 4 weeks when they replaced the gate computer for them to give me my code, when I called them and talked to the manager there she jumped all over me, I had been bothering my neighbors to get into my own property for 4 weeks, their attitude was like they didnt care.

The assistant manager (Abbie) was the one I talked to understanding my accent and English answering all my questions and she was very helpful.special thank you for her.,,

Betty Giddens tried to steal money by over charging my aging mom and when confronted she said it was a mistake. My mom painted a few decorative rocks and now Betty Giddens is demanding my ma destroy the entire yard. Not sure is this is a race thing but my ma is black and after speaking with neighbors in the neighborhood there seems to be a pattern. March 2024 Edit: Personal service IS a mirage with Oasis Con Management I've been noticing that hoa violation notices arrive to the mail box within our beyond the time limit to correct said violations... this appears to be fraud. Giddens response is that mail is slow... my response today is: Betty... mail has never been 10+ days slow to come from your office in Arizona to any home in Arizona. I can prove that. Try me.
