1.50 PER PRINT ? COMON MAN, AL GO TO FEDEX INSTEAD AND GET RIPPED OFF.. Still good place if your looking for one print job tho.

Fast and easy set up. Quite pricey$1.50 for one piece of paper doesnt seem reasonable. But for the convenienceI guess.

I believed that I would walk into Fair Trade Cafe, but my experience was epic. I placed and paid for the order thinking that I could pick up my prints and provide them for a Technology Fair being held that day at the Arizona Science Center. The location was convenient and I had just enough time to gather my prints and set up my booth at the Center for their event. I arrived at Fair Trade Cafe with ample time to gather my prints and head out. The Cafe was busy with customers but I found the printer in an obscure corner and there was no one in line to use it. I thought that everything was going to work out and I would get to the Center in time for setup to receive the attendees. The first problem I encountered was the small digital screen for input of your code. Not only was it not intuitive, it was difficult to get the touch screen to respond. After several tries, I was taken to the proper screen where I was to enter my code. Success! My flyers were in the system and began printing out, but after a few copies printed, the device stopped and needed more paper reloaded. The shop was busy, but there was a lady nice enough to come over and place paper in the printer. A slight disruption but it looked like everything was going to be alright. Then the printer stopped and indicated that toner was needed. This is where thing got ugly! After summoning someone to help me, I was told that they shop didn't have toner and that there was no way for them to order it. Toner was delivered by PrintWithMe at their own schedule and with the printer locked for lack of toner, my anxiety rose to a higher level. I was out of time and did not have my order filled. The coffee shop was helpless as all resolutions had to be done with PrintWithMe support on their website. Out of time and with no immediate resolution, I took the prints that I had on to the event. Frustrated and late, it has taken 12-hours since the experience to write this review. I have since gone to the PrintWithMe website and requested a refund and hopefully the process of getting proper compensation will not be complicated. I will let you know! What appeared to be a good idea with a convenient location for having copies made, has turned into a total frustrating activity. I assume this is not the case for every customer, but it was this experience that has me withdrawing from giving my usual stellar review, and I wonder if PrintWithMe would allow me to submit and order and take my money if they knew that the printer could not deliver as promised and I would put in my code only to discover that there was no paper (which can be remedied) and no toner (which leaves you at the alter with no one arriving to marry). Bummer!.
