Wow. What a difference one year makes. I chose this company because we neex four 12x16 prints to update family photos in 16x20 frames. Last year, the customer service was amazing, via chat or the phone. Order shipped quick and the shipping cost was very reasonable. This year? Well, customer service has obviously been outsourced on the chat. Promises were not kept and good luck getting someone to answer the phone. We shall see how long they take to ship. Shipping skyrocketed too via USPS, from $8 to $22 for the same class of service.

EDIT: I used to love Vivyx printing but they are about to lose a loyal customer. I have spent well over $200,000 at this company but their customer service is now horrible. Its been 3 and a half weeks and they will not ship out an order I placed. After talking to numerous ppl they continue to make excuses as to why my order hasn't shipped. They haven't done anything to rectify their mistake and now my customer is extremely upset with me. They keep saying the order is pending but won't give me a reason why they cant process it. I will have to move on to a new vendor who puts their customers first. I cannot express how great this company is for my printing needs. I own a small business doing art, and I have been using them for all my printing needs for the past few years. From paper prints to canvas prints, everything looks high quality. They also always get my orders out quickly and efficiently. I do a lot of blind ship orders, and I can always trust them to send out high quality prints to my customers. I definitely recommend them for all your printing services. Oh, and they have some of the most competitive prices around, and their customer service is top notch!

Buyer Beware! Banner received was damaged in way it was packaged and had red ink splotches all over it presumably from the production process. Arrived at the convention where we had to display the banner at our booth despite how bad it appeared. Tried to conceal the damaged bits as best we could. Asked for refund post-convention and shared images. They said they could not give a refund since we used the banner. Obviously, we didn't have a backup banner to utilize as we had not planned on it being damaged. After months of back and forth they finally offered to refund only the S&H which was around $15 while the banner was $550. I will never ever work with this company again and suggest you do not either.
