Zest Plumbing & Drain Phoenix

Simply had an incredible, over the top experience with Wally and the team at Zest. Concurrently with having a plumbing issue, I also had an AC issue where I called our warranty company to come out and fix it. They were to arrive on the same day at roughly the same time to make it easy while I was working at home for the day. The experiences could not have been more different and shows why Zest has the ratings it does. Wally from Zest showed up with military precision exactly when he said he would and immediately goes into "expert diagnose mode." He "dumbed" everything down for a fence-post like me and then he noticed and commented on other things around the bathroom that have been annoying...but certainly not critical to us. Examples such as slightly leaking faucets and some fixtures that needed an upgrade. He took it upon himself to go to the hardware store and match exactly the fittings and faucets that I needed and went about repairing and upgrading those as well. Who does that?? I was candidly embarrassed because I thought service like this was "dead" and went out with the "1960s house call". Wally was incredibly efficient at how he worked across the three bathrooms and explained the process the entire way. He was a machine with a smile. He acted like the neighbor you always wished you had next-door who could fix everything and not make you feel like you should know this stuff. As I mentioned, this is in high contrast to the experience, I had with Seasr and their Cinch Home Warranty Service; They were late, you couldn't talk with anyone on the phone, and you had no idea what they were doing or what they fixed. Zest is the new gold standard, and not only plumbing for me, but candidly inspired me to do so many better things in my business. They are a case study, and Wally is the hero of the story.

Enjoyed the process working with Zest. Great communication in dealing with the office staff (Diana) in getting a plumber out quickly. We had a tankless water heater installed by Wally. He was professional and courteous. Very detail oriented in his workmanship. Will use Zest again and will recommend them to family, friends, and you!

They were very professional, very communicative, and I want to give special kudos to the plumber, Anthony, who went out to do some work we asked him to do, that we later discovered did not actually need to be done. He was very gracious about the mistake and everything worked out. Well done. :)

I have used Jason Taylor four times now. Ive previously posted about the first two. The third time was to replace hardware (faucets, drains, etc.) in two bathrooms. Jason also upgraded main exterior piping from PVC to copper. Went from multiple leaks to no leaks. Jobs done flawlessly. Todays task was to swap out guest bathroom toilet with upgrade. He noticed that Kohler left out of the box the cosmetic plugs that hide bolts so I could get those sent to me. Small detail but it illustrates how thorough he is. As I said in my last post, I have been satisfied with the other plumbers from Zest, but Jason gives me extreme confidence in his skill level AND I believe he is a very honest person who will not oversell us.
