A technician was sent to our home by the company to fix a leaky bathroom faucet, costing us $200 for the visit and initial assessment. Afterward, we received a bill for over $700 for the repair work. However, the faucet still leaked after the service was completed. When we reached out to the technician for a solution, we were told that any further repairs would require a new estimate and would be charged as a new service. In seeking assistance from a manager, we experienced considerable rudeness during a recorded call. The supervisor implied that we were at fault for the unsuccessful repair, citing a vague disclaimer that the repair was not guaranteed, and then abruptly ended the conversation. Apr 2nd, 2024

Thank you for your well written review. It is much more professional than the phone conversation I listened to. You left several one star reviews under different names.I appreciate the opportunity to respond publicly to your response.You called for a leaking bathroom faucet. Turns out it was your shower valve which had been leaking for more than 30 days. Our plumber advised you that he recommended REPLACING the shower valve due to the length of time it had been leaking, the water quality and the age of the shower valve. YOU INSISTED DESPITE his recommendation to replace the shower valve that we ATTEMPT a repair. YOU EVEN SIGNED A WAIVER and were advised more than 6 times that the repair may not work and we should replace the valve. Turns out my plumber, the professional, was right. The repair didn't hold. We even offered to split the repair cost with you and apply the credit toward the work you refused to do to begin with. You hired a professional, then refused to listen to his advice and signed that you were making an informed decision to risk a repair against recommendations. When that didn't work out for you you thought the best course of action was to yell at the plumber, the office and the field supervisor and then lash out online.You need a new shower valve. I hope you treat the next plumber with more respect that you chose to show us.
