FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Paradise Valley Village

I love doing PT here. The therapists work with you one-on-one through the entire appointment, they educate you by explaining how the treatments exercise which muscles and tendons, while being gentle and caring. The front desk person is genuinely welcoming and friendly. Her smile makes my afternoon! The balance harness has protected me as I have been re-learning navigating stairs. I would recommend Dr. Patel and her staff to anyone needing PT. I am so glad to be a patient at Fyzical on Greenway. It has been the best PT experience. I recommend it highly .

My first good experience was with Christy, front desk. She's very friendly and helpful with scheduling. Krui is amazing and truly cares about my recovery. She has helped me so much in so many ways with all her knowledge and compassion. Krui is very encouraging and I look forward to my sessions with her.

What makes this place great is the people. - Christy: She's a joy to work with. She's warm, helpful, and easy to talk to! - Kruti: I got to work with Kruti for my initial consultation. She asked a lot of great questions in order to understand my my situation. I felt confident in her assessment and proposed plan of care, which she explained well. - Caitlin: Caitlin is great at explaining the benefits of the exercises. She provides direction on form and makes sure I'm feeling well along the way. I feel very comfortable working with Caitlin. She's amazing! I like that you truly get personalized care all around. I've had approximately three sessions so far and I can see that the level of care is perfect for me. Who knew that one could look forward to physical therapy sessions?
