They tell you it's ready for pickup, only to make you wait and tell you they are out of stock. Lead pharmacist also has some room for growth in communication, she talked to me like I was an idiot. The staff seem overworked and miserable. Would explain the poor demeanor. 1/10, would not refer a friend.

Do not bother to call. They put you on hold for 30 minutes or more. Understaffed! Long waits in line! I curse the day I signed up for a PDP that has Walmart as a primary pharmacy. The pharmacy on 4617 E Bell is horrible!!!!

I have been to this Walmart pharmacy for the past one and a half years. Usually, they're really helpful, especially the pharmacy technician Ali and Sunny, and also the pharmacist Xhobama. The past two days, I had a specific issue with my insurance and getting a refill. However, thanks to their patience, they helped me out and my issue is solved.

Courtney helped me so much today. I accidentally received the wrong brand of medication in the mail, so she called the doctor for me. She was so sweet to do that. I hope shes recognized and rewarded for her amazing customer services skills. Thanks, Courtney!!!
