Western Exterminator

Made an appointment, they didn't show up. When I called they offered no apology and tried to just put me in for a different day and not for the service I ordered.

We have been using Western Exterminator's services for 5 years. Usually we nip the bug problem right away but this year the mosquitoes are having a hay day biting me! Im sure our technician Greg will figure out something soon! Western Exterminator is a professsional and thorough pest control company that we recommend to anyone.

We have used western in the past, our service person Chris was amazing! Since he left however, the experience had not been great, we've been charged for no service, half service....etc. the gentleman that came today was so nice, but, I had to let him know we would not be receiving service as I have stayed to each technician we have to have appointments scheduled otherwise we don't get the full service we are paying for! We miss Chris Service: Bug & insect extermination

We had t for the job while chuck is out. Chuck's been our inspector for over 10 years. This was for a bimonthly checkup.
