Estoy muy inconforme con el servicio por que para empezar existe una gran problemtica para conseguir una cita, si por alguna razn tienes la necesidad o emergencia de cambiar tu cita siempre hay un cita hasta dentro de dos meses ms a la fecha, tomando en cuenta que esperaste dos meses para tu cita inicial, y eso implica que pasan hasta cuatro meses o un poco ms para que te den seguimiento a tu tratamiento, pero cuando iniciaron los consultaron un da y tenan tiempo disponible para inmediatamente empezar a ponerles todos sus brackets el mismo da o al da siguiente de ser posible!, adems que por una extraa razn mis hijos siempre tienen que llegar con alguno de sus brackets despegados, y muchas de la veces ha sucedido que inmediatamente en el mismo da que tuvieron su ajuste se les despega nuevamente, y ellos se justifican de que el paciente no est comiendo como debe de ser, al menos de que deban de estar comiendo solo lquidos, obvio de que cada vez que van con alguno despegado se tiene que pagar extra por cada uno. Adems de que se est pagando por un servicio de un especialista ortodoncista y en realidad quienes ponen los brackets, alambres, cambios de ligas, quienes deciden que pones y que quitan son los asistentes dentales y la especialista no se para ah para nada. Adems de cuando la ortodoncista ha tenido que darme la cara para alguna explicacin ha sido de muy mala cara y sangrona. A pero si son muy puntuales en descontarte la mensualidad cada da primero de cada mes. Son 4 hijos los que llevo ah y no me importo hacer el sacrificio de estar pagando tanto por que pens que aqu se le dara una atencin profesional y especializada. Referente a las muchachas que estn al frente o los jvenes que est como asistentes no tengo ninguna queja con su desempeo, es la atencin de parte del especialista. Y no me pida que le enve un email dando mi queja por que yo ya lo he hecho personalmente y por eso me atrevo a publicarlo. Ya ha sido varas veces y no he visto una cambio diferente en su servicio.
