Had a deviated septum from a broken nose and Dr Vasquez open my nose up so I can breathe freely. I no longer snore and am sleeping soundly. The procedure was quick and painless for me. I recommend Dr Vasquez if you need this procedure. He is very professional and knows what he is doing.

I feel bad posting a negative review because the staff were so kind, but Dr. Vasquez just did not have the best bedside manner. He was in and out of my room in about two minutes and prescribed me 4 medications of which he did not explain. I do understand he has a ton of patients to see, but he just seemed in a big hurry. As soon as he walked in and I explained what I was there for, he kept saying I know, I know. He said my nosebleeds were normal even after I told him I held pressure for 45 mins and I was still bleeding and swallowing clots. He explained how nosebleeds look scarier than they really are and how blood is very pigmented and can make a mess. I felt dismissed because as a nurse myself I know that is not normal. The nurse there was extremely helpful in advocating for me to bring the Dr. back in to get my questions answered. He seems like an incredibly knowledgeable doctor and the staff were awesome so its unfortunate he was so rushed.

This is the best place for ENT care in Phoenix, AZ. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Vazquez is patient, compassionate, knowledgeable and outstanding in patient care. Mary Ferriera is an excellent Audiologist and amazing in helping patients with hearing loss and getting new hearing aids. If you need an ENT or help with hearing, there is no better place to go!
