I am pleased to have met with Phaedra. She is very loving, passionate about what she does, goes above and beyond to help you on your healing journey and is very attentive. She holds a very healing space in which you feel safe to breath through whatever arises. I was in a lot of pain coming to see her and I felt better after just one session. Im looking forward to seeing her again.

I highly recommend to see Phaedra for your physical pain. Phaedra has been treating my lower jaw for now over 5 months due to nerve damage after implant surgery. I now have better feeling in my lower lip but this has not been an easy process. Going from 85% numbness to now 20% is a miracle for me. Phaedras technique is very gentle & caring from your physical mental state. I have learned quite a bit from her videos and examples she provides to help with my back knee shoulder and neck . Phaedra is so upbeat and kind. You will be happy with her technique ! Again l highly recommend Phaedra. I will end saying that we are all unique in our ailments.. she does her best to help you as much as she can. Thanks Phaedra

Phaedra is very intuitive and knowledgeable. She creates a safe space to heal and you can tell that she genuinely cares. The somatic and myofascial release work that she does has been much more beneficial and effective than regular massage. I highly recommend her!
