Dr. Saperstein M.D. and Jamie Kozak P.A. are true professionals that truly care about their patients. The knowledge about rare and complex diseases is second to none. Theyre always up on the latest tests, treatments, and technology, which I appreciate. Their office staff are the most effective & efficient I have ever encountered among medical professionals in 30 years. I have been a patient for more than a year now and often wait the one year mark to leave reviews. For anyone looking for physicians with capacity to diagnose and treat POTS, EDS, and MCAS, this is your answer. The level of MCAS and EDS knowledge has surpassed other specialists Ive seen around the U.S.

I was very disappointed. No one answers the phone other than a call service that is absolutely useless in relaying timely messages. The app they use for communication is not user friendly and worst of all I requested medical records and Im still waiting. My request was ignored. I was hoping that when the doctor stopped accepting insurance he would be willing to explore more experimental and cutting edge treatment modalities. I was hoping that the approach would be what are you willing to try instead of being told there are no answers.

By far the most positive, informative, & compassionate doctor Ive seen. So many questions answered. I regret not seeing him sooner.

The doctor himself was polite and attentive. That was the good part. The bad part is that after waiting nearly 8 months for my first appointment and filling out 20+ forms for them, the doctor ordered tests. When I completed the tests, I received an email saying that they were no longer going to accept insurance and I would have to pay cash I hadnt even got the results of the tests that they ordered. Short version- I wasted almost a year to get Nothing but aggravation from this office. You cannot talk with anyone at the office- everything is communicated through their electronic media - and that was mostly used for long winded instructions including saying that you should plan an hour and a half for appointment because they sometimes run late. Overall Not a Satisfying experience. I got zero answers and unless I wanted to fork out $150 an hour, I would not be getting any answers. Frustrating!!

Dr. Saperstein and his staff were such a blessing not only to me, but my children too! He was above and beyond what I had hoped for in a specialist!! He took the time to answer/explain all of our concerns, time wasnt even an issue. We never felt rushed or blown off, I felt HEARD! He listened!! I recommend him to everyone! We had to drive 12 hours to get to his office. Truth be told, I would have driven double that just to be seen by him and his staff. They are wonderful, polite, caring, and genuinely want to help! If you are looking for a specialist and arent sure who to go with, Dr. Sapersteins office is the right choice!! I am forever grateful for him! Very Respectfully, Brandy Pletcher and Family!
