From Day One, Doctor Nicki Neimann and staff have been extremely friendly, helpful, informative, empathetic, supportive and thorough. Doctor Nicki Neimann and medical assistant Mirna answer all my questions, concerns and takes time to help me understand how best to cope with my diagnosis and treatment. I look forward to being his patient and I know I am very fortunate to have him for my doctor as well as his dedicated staff.

I've been trying to get in to see him since June. My referring physician sent my imaging over through 5 different fax numbers and when they received it, 3 months later, they said they would review and let me know. That didn't happen. I called two weeks after and they said they still didn't receive it but when I talked to the office manager, she said they did and that it was still in review. I called her two weeks after that, she hasn't answered or returned my calls. It has literally been 4 months since I got the referral. It is very hard to imagine that they take these medical emergencies into sincere consideration or even do their job in a serious fashion. I don't understand why it is so difficult to see this doctor.

Difficult to make an appointment with but a good doctor when you finally get to see him.
