I was being treated very bad, bad customer service, they were talking about me I would say mocking me , the guy who did my nails was being rude, rough and very unprofessional and did NOTTT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and was trying to do as he pleased and what HE wanted to do not me. I then got up because I did not like his work at all he ended up giving me long squared nails just how I wanted but gave me two different sized nails on all my nails so they came out different sizes if I hadnt told him to take it off I wouldve been left with that and he yanked it off ripping off my actual nail which hurt very bad. I got up and told him I didnt like his work and that if I could go to Jay who from now on will be going my nails and no one else but him, I do not trust anyone there to handle or take my service. Overall if youre going to book an appointment or go a walkin ask for Jay. Ive never had a problem with him doing my nails.i also want to say that I did call the store but they kept nagging to me and were not being compatible. I also saw the reviews and saw that the store manager was replying to everyones review but he is saying the same thing as in copy and paste for everyones situation to which shows me no one there cares.

The first time I came here was about a month ago. I had come here to get my nails redone after another places mess up: During the visit I also obtained a wax and the results of both were beyond my expectations. Naturally, this is now my new nail shop. Yesterday I came in for a full set and did not receive the same results from the first visit: I certainly paid and tipped, however before leaving, made sure to express my dislike with who Im assuming is the manager.. Hannah. She was super understanding and made a new appointment for me to come see her today for a fix. When I tell you OUTSTANDING JOB It doesnt even look like the same nail pallet. I left today smiling from ear to ear and so very happy with the results. I dont have a before but Im more than happy to show the after ! I just moved to Phoenix a couple years ago so to be finally finding my nail tech is a relief ! Im already excited about my next set ! Thank you Hannah !!!!
