Mark and Cathy have been amazing every step of the way. There were a few hurdles but nothing they couldnt remedy. Because of them I finally have a home.

We worked with Mark Christoffersen back in 2014. I had gone through a foreclosure back in 2008 and had been renting for several years. I met my wife and we were having a child later that year. Jump forward to 2013, I filled out an online application through one of those websites that give you multiple loan options. The Rates I was getting back were high with large down payments. Mark reached out with an email and wanted more details about our position. After running our credit and looking over our financials, Mark said "here's what I need you to do.....". He had us pay down certain bills and he ran a refresh of our credit. It got us up to where we needed to be to qualify. A month later we were closing on our home. The whole process went smooth, better than I ever imagined and took about 3 months from first contact, to close. We didn't have to put anything down and the interest rate was only slightly higher (like half a point) than the going rate of someone with good credit. Now fast forward to 2024, we are in a much better position, great credit, good jobs and happy life. All it took was one person to take the time to give us an honest look and help to guide us in the right direction. I have now referred 2 others to Mark and will continue to connect people with him. The whole team at Access was wonderful to work with! I knew my file would be difficult but Mark and Cathy didnt give up on me and told me they would make my refi happen, and they sure did! They have gained another client for life!
