I recently purchased a beautiful home for me and my family! I owe it all to Michael OConner!! He was so patient, professional, polite, and beyond helpful! He always returned my calls and never rushed me off the phone! He made me feel like I was a priority!! He worked with me for months helping me shape my credit and getting me to the place where I could afford the home of my dreams for a price within my desired budget!! He had so much personality! When I wanted to give up and cry he kept fighting for me! I could never have enough positive things to say about him!! I would recommend anyone starting the home buying process to call him! This is the 2nd time Ive worked with Michael and his team to buy a house. Michael is amazing, thorough, professional and so easy to work with. Ive talked to a lot of lenders over the years and most recently was almost bamboozled by one. I decided to not buy in Michigan because from the realtors to the lenders I felt something was off. I returned to Washington and I called Michael about getting a pre-approval for a loan. I shared my experiences dealing with lenders in Michigan and he was just as baffled as I was. I would have never known I was being taken for a ride had I not worked with Michael on buying my previous home. I learned so much from him about the entire process. Both times in my home buying journey Michael has educated me on various loans (encouraged or discouraged) loan choices with hard core facts so I could decide best path for me. He helped me understand my credit well beyond anything I thought I knew. I wouldnt work with anyone else - ever! When the rates drop hes the guy that will help me refinance.
