Horrible experience, after waiting almost 45 mins they change me from the line and attended some people who just came in.

This by far the worst place to send money from. I wanted to get a refund from a money that I send and they had me waiting for an hour and then told me to contact western union office to get the refund and they referred me to another western union place.....it was terrible the lady was kinda helpful but the Spanish short guy was very unhelpful. If you value you your time dont go here

It's all good unless you make a mistake on the phone sending money then you have start all over again listening to the same the system automatically hangs up on you. Doesn't give you that chance to correct it
