        It was time for my scooter to be serviced, arrangements occurred thru NuMotion. I received an email, I called them and they made arrangements to service; and they came to my home and serviced my scooter. I was 100% satisfied. Technician was so kind and caring, I was impressed!

        This has been the worst experience ever and I am switching to a different provider. I waited 3 months for them to replace my wheelchair parts and when I called to check in on my parts they tell me that they did not order all the parts. They barely ordered the least important piece. I will never use this company again. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and very slow.
