        If you're 55 years old I would recommend it but other than that you keep it on the North side it's better over there anyways

        This is a Senior's Mobile Home Park, only ages 55+. My Mom's been living there for sometime now and she LOVES ITI do too, becuz she can live alone and she's still safeThey offer some nice amenities and they also have an age restriction: Must be at least 35 to live in this mobile home parkNice, spacious, dependable and affordable in today's horrible economy So again I love it here for my Mom and she loves her home too
