I guess this business was recently used to scam people, as I was one of those scammed. I got the most unpleasant unprofessional call Ive ever received from a man who called me multiple times to scream at me, talk down to me, and imply that Im too stupid to understand that it wasnt ultimately their fault. Even hanging up didnt make it stop. He called me back to resume screaming. Ive filed a complaint with the BBB requesting that they NEVER contact me again. The audacity of screaming and harassing someone who got hurt by their subpar security is truly something else. Shame on you.

This is one DTA that you don't want to go to. There is a person there who is evil. I won't mention names. (Kristi Grisham). My mom did respite with a couple of GPS students who I may add have had problems with her when she did transportation, and when she became DTA director, everything went down the crapper.
Also, there is a staff in the cafeteria who seems to be more brainless than most of the low functioning members (Dawn Alcorn) because when two people do something wrong, she has a tendency for writing the second person up even though the second person was harassed first.
If you have no self-esteem, this is a good place to go, whether member of staff
