Used them to purchase and install surround sound. Shortly after the system didnt work. They never return calls for service.

They have severely antiquated technology. My alarm system 10 years ago was more modern than what they installed in my new build. The only door opening sound they have is a shrill beep beep beep that sounds like a low key smoke detector even with their updated system (which I didnt have). They also couldnt install cameras where I wanted them. However, the employees were pleasant and (as) helpful (as they could be based on their tech). The only reasonable way to access their interface was to use an app. Not ideal for older or less tech savvy consumers. The keypad exists and you can use it but you must remember numerous codes to make it do anything. They keypad is not touchscreen. It has a 10 digit keypad and no way to easily tell if the system is on or off (other than to use the app). I was highly dissatisfied with their tech. The new company, whom I will decline to name for obvious reasons, got me all the cameras I wanted, they provide high quality 2020s tech and charge me the same amount monthly for monitoring. This is a no brainer in my book. Do some research and go with modern tech, not whatever company the home builder is in bed with, so to speak. Their solution to my large and aggressive dog being freaked out by the shrill beep beep beep was to turn it off altogether. Why then, pray tell, do I want a security system that DOESNT tell me if a door is opened? Like knowing how many licks it takes to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop, the world may never know.
