Madison is absolutely amazing! As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Madison took my ideas and my budget and ran with it, while answering my million questions thoroughly and quickly. Ive been in my home for a year now and I will always be grateful that my first buying experience was so smooth and so supported! This is our second time working with Madison to purchase a home and our first time on the selling side. I cant praise her enough for how easy and fun she has made the process. Her knowledge of the process and her friendly personal demeanor I truly believe is what got our offer accepted on our dream home. Madison, Adam, and Geneveve are so friendly, helpful, and easy to work with! Madison walked me through every step of the way, which was so helpful as a first-time home-buyer. She also had amazing references for everyone from lenders to handymen, which made the home buying process so much less daunting. Adam was amazingly prompt with showings, and really knowledgeable about each property, readily offering details and even advising me as to how difficult repairs would be. He always remembered my wants and needs list as we searched for houses. After I found my dream property, Geneveve welcomed me into my home, handed me the keys, and gifted me the cutest cat mom keychain (she remembered how much I love my cats!!!). This team is POPPIN but youd never even know how busy they are because they treat everyone like theyre the only clients. Thank you Hallock | Smith!!!
